Alteer Office v8.0 upgrade training consists of four parts:

1. Downloads: Please download these documents prior to watching the videos.
2. Video 1: New and Enhanced Features for the System Administrator or Office Manager. The length is 15 minutes.It is recommended that the system administrator view this video prior to the rest of the staff.
3. Video 2: General Enhancements. The length is 13 minutes. This video training is intended for All Staff.
4. Two-hour remote training: Providers and clinical staff will be taking a two-hour remote training via WebEx to cover the new features such as the SOAP Note. It is recommended that the videos be viewed prior to this webinar.
